About me
I’m Kae—software marketing executive, author, and advocate for women in the workplace. My mission is to help career-minded women thrive in industries not designed for them, and to build inclusive cultures where everyone can succeed.
Empowering women has always been more than a passion for me; it’s a personal mission. In high school, I had two dreams: become an international businesswoman and buy a farm to house women and children affected by domestic abuse.
As a software marketing executive, I have realized half of that vision after decades of work. While I haven’t yet bought that farm, its ideals – compassion, empowerment, action – have powered every step of my journey.
The world of technology hasn’t always been kind to women, and I have endured environments where bias and discrimination made thriving difficult, to say the least. I’ve also experienced open, respectful workplaces where diversity and inclusion are celebrated. As I navigated these contrasts, I developed tactics to overcome challenging environments across startups, scale-ups, and global enterprises.
